At Mok Therapy, we work with individuals, couples, families and groups to provide psychotherapy services for various mental health challenges. We use best practice, current and evidence-based interventions for issues like Operational Stress Injuries (OSIs) including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and other anxiety disorders, and related mental health difficulties including major depression and substance abuse/dependence.
We also offer couples counselling for various couples issues involving difficulties around trust and safety, problematic interactions, relationship problems, complex situations, and related challenges. Core issues are identified and addressed in the context of attachment issues and injuries using current evidenced-based and best practices. Needs for change by the individual and the couple are acknowledged and addressed in the context of stated mutual goals towards wellness.
Family and group therapy services are also offered for relational and other difficulties. Problematic family or dynamics are identified and addressed acknowledging individual needs in the context of the family's or group's desired goals for change.
Organizational development work for issues affecting groups in the workplace and other settings is likewise offered.
